Nour Says:
From a young age, I’ve been drawn to sitting with people through their hardest moments, to be fully present, to listen without judgment, and to remind them that they are never alone. I’ve walked beside individuals through seasons of uncertainty, holding space for the deep and heavy emotions that can feel too big to carry alone. Time and time again, I’ve witnessed that even in the darkest places, healing is possible.
My approach is rooted in compassion, genuine understanding, and practical tools you can carry with you beyond our sessions. We’ll work together to navigate the struggles you’re facing, build your resilience, and uncover the strengths that have been within you all along.
Experience
Working with children has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I’ve spent time in schools supporting students through everyday challenges, helping them navigate emotions, build confidence, and feel more connected. I’ve worked with children with different disabilities and always focus on making sure they feel seen, understood, and included. For me, it’s about creating spaces where they feel safe enough to be themselves and believe in their own growth.
Outside of school, I’ve also supported families through hotline and outreach work. I’ve connected parents and caregivers to resources, listened when things felt heavy, and helped them find hope during difficult times. Those experiences showed me how much it matters to meet people where they are and remind them they’re not alone.
When To Reach Out
When you have been carrying so much for so long, showing up and pushing through. When the weight has started to feel heavier, and the things that once brought comfort don’t seem to help anymore. You may feel tired, disconnected, or unsure of how to find your way back to yourself. You don’t have to go through that alone. Healing is a journal that requires work, and I would be honored to guide you on that path. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship struggles, and who are longing to feel grounded, understood, and whole again.
