About Nour

A woman with long wavy dark hair wearing a white blazer with gold buttons, standing against a gray background.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of how to navigate everything you’ve been carrying. Maybe you’ve been pushing through for a long time, but lately it’s starting to feel heavier—and harder to manage on your own.

I’m a Master Level Social Worker, and my work has centered on supporting individuals and families through a variety of life challenges. My background in community-based work has shaped a holistic, client-centered approach, allowing me to meet people where they are and support them in ways that feel meaningful, supportive, and real.

In community and outreach settings, I’ve walked alongside individuals navigating emotional stress, life transitions, and moments of uncertainty—offering support, connection, and guidance when it’s needed most. I’ve also worked in spaces where people are seeking direction, stability, and a sense of hope, whether through one-on-one support, crisis response, or connecting individuals and families to meaningful resources.

These experiences have shaped how I show up in this work. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and not alone—where your story is honored, and where we can begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges, especially when things feel overwhelming or unclear. Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself again.

My approach is rooted in compassion, genuine understanding, and practical tools you can carry with you beyond our sessions. We’ll work together to navigate what you’re facing, build resilience, and reconnect with the strengths that have been within you all along.

Nour Says

“From a young age, I’ve been drawn to sitting with people through their hardest moments—being fully present, listening without judgment, and reminding them that they are not alone. I truly believe that even in the most difficult seasons, healing is possible.”
